For mutual respect and for our services to function properly for your stay, we ask that you please read the terms and conditions below. We consider this a requirement in order for Sky Nights Hotel to accept our booking. Thank you for your time.
Sky Nights Hotel is accessible to any individual. The number of people occupying the bedroom shall not exceed that specified in the contract. The number of nights occupied should not exceed that specified in the contract.
Sky Nights Hotel regrets that it is not designed or suitably situated to accept pets or animals.
Sky Nights Hotel is all strictly no smoking. Non-compliance of this condition will necessitate the suite being cleaned by a specialist cleaning company. The cost of this will be invoiced directly to the customer.
It is forbidden to use Sky Nights Hotel as a principal residence or business address.
Sky Nights Hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings of the client a when on the premises. Your personal property and securities are not covered by this insurance. We highly recommend that all personal baggage and goods are insured by the owner with their own travel insurance policy along with liability insurance.
All clients are respectfully reminded that any noise from devices (music, TV, DVD) is allowed so long as it does not disturb the neighbors. Also, clients must conduct themselves in a polite and orderly fashion observing local laws and regulations.
The client will not clutter, on a temporary or permanent basis, with any object whatsoever (bicycles, bags, rubbish) the common areas of the building.
Sky Nights Hotel takes no responsibility whatsoever for the quality or consequences of any services supplied by external providers. All transactions, reservations, and payments are made directly between the client and the service provider concerned.
The layout, design, and equipment in any bedroom, may not be altered under any circumstances. It is also forbidden to remove any fixtures or fittings belonging to Sky Nights Hotel or to bring in any additional equipment.
Housekeeping takes place daily and after departure. If you require changes to this arrangement, please advise. It is forbidden for any client to undertake any repairs.
Sky Nights Hotel employees have access to the suites to undertake inventory checks, verify the working of all facilities and to undertake repairs, renovations or alterations at any time.
Each client is responsible to adhere to local authority laws and fire and safety laws, on disturbance and violation is subject to UK law and remains the responsibility of the client.
The details of your credit card are required by Sky Nights Hotel to guarantee your booking and make payment. For some rates and special offers please note that Sky Nights Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card or collect a certain amount (sometimes without reimbursement) on the same card during booking or confirmation of booking. Before you make your reservation, please carefully read the room description to be aware of any such criteria.Full payment for the entire length of stay must be made upon arrival and no refunds will be given. Please be advised that a 5% bank surcharge applies to all payments made by credit/debit card.
A deposit is held against your credit card in case of damage or theft.
In case of cancellation by the client and if Sky Nights Hotel is informed
- For cancellations made 48hours Prior to the arrival date – no charge
- For cancellations made after this time and on the day of booking the full amount will be charged.
- Shortened Stay – for any client who leaves before the due departure date the following night stay will be charged.
- Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.
- Change in the dates of the reservation may result in a rate change. Group reservations are subject to group cancellation guidelines.
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled, will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.
The bedrooms are fully furnished, equipped and ready to go. Rates include the provision of bed linens, bath products, and daily maid service. All is provided for the duration of the stay as detailed in the booking contract.
Rates include (unless otherwise specified under special conditions):
Service change of linen
Insurance for the suite (water damage, fire, breakage of glass) but does not include insurance of the client’s property/personal belongings.
The rates also do not include (unless specified under special conditions) any other additional services offered by Sky Nights Hotel. We strongly recommend you have personal insurance to cover your own property, luggage, jewellery and valuables etc and advise your insurer before your stay.
Check-in / Check-out
The Bedroom is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be fully vacated by 11 am on the day of departure unless mutually agreed by prior arrangement with the Hotel. Booking at short notice for an evening only is subject to availability.The check-out time is strictly 11 am. Failure to comply £10.00 charge per hour apply Cards are to be handed in at reception upon checking out otherwise £10.00 charge applies.
Lost property is kept for a period of 7 days. Unfortunately, due to storage constraints, any unclaimed items will be disposed of after this time.
The personally identifiable information you provide to us will be used to enable us to provide a product or service such as making a reservation. If you cancel your reservation, the information is stored for record-keeping purposes only and is not accessed again. After making a reservation or completing your stay at the hotel, unless you tell us otherwise, the information you provide may be used by us for direct marketing of other products and services provided by Sky Nights Hotel or the products and services of selected reputable third parties with whom Sky Nights Hotel has a strategic marketing relationship because they offer products or services that we believe would of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, you may indicate so by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org. We have implemented technical, managerial, and operational security, rules, procedures, and measures, to ensure that your personal information is held within operating environments that are not available to the public.
We take steps to guard against unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, destruction, and accidental loss of personal data. This includes rules for all our staff with access to the servers or databases that hold your personal information. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information you transmit to us online.

During these unprecedented circumstances Sky Nights Hotel’s priority is the safety and wellbeing of our Guests and staff, we are trying to create an environment where everyone feels safe whether you are staying or working for us.
We have increased the cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas, i.e. Hotel entrance area, Reception areas, coffee machine, bedroom switches, handles, and remotes, and soft furnishings. All linen and towels are thermally disinfected after every stay by our suppliers. Bedrooms have the 5 key critical touchpoint cleaning: handles & push/pull plates, bathrooms, in-room facilities, hard surfaces, key touchpoints detailed cleaned in bedrooms and remove all collateral from bedrooms.
